The Reimbursement module helps sellers identify money that may be owed due to inventory discrepancies, return-related issues, shipment problems, or fee overcharges.
KwickMetrics provides Reimbursement as a managed service. The system identifies eligible amounts based on marketplace data, and the KwickMetrics team manages the claim process on your behalf.
This section provides visibility into potential recovery, recovered amounts, and reimbursement case progress.
Reimbursement works by syncing marketplace data and identifying events that may qualify for compensation under Amazon or Walmart policies.
The system organizes reimbursement data into three primary financial categories:
Unclaimed Amount – Money that may be eligible for reimbursement but has not yet been processed.
Claimed Amount – Money that has already been successfully recovered.
Lost Money – Amounts that were eligible at one time but are no longer claimable, typically due to claim window expiry or marketplace decisions.
You may also see reimbursement grouped by type, such as inventory issues, return discrepancies, shipment errors, or fee-related differences.
Reimbursement is handled by the KwickMetrics team.
As a user:
You can review eligible reimbursement amounts.
You can monitor claim deadlines and expiry timelines.
You can track case progress in Case Tracker.
You cannot directly submit claims or create cases.

Use the Reimbursement module to:
Identify recoverable funds.
Prioritize items nearing expiry.
Monitor recovered amounts over time.
Track case progress handled by the reimbursement team.
This helps reduce unrecovered losses and improve financial visibility.

Your Amazon and/or Walmart sales channels must be connected.
Walmart reimbursement support applies only to United States accounts.
The Reimbursement module provides structured visibility into money that may be recoverable from Amazon or Walmart due to operational or fee-related issues.
As a managed service, KwickMetrics handles the claim process on your behalf. Your role is to review eligible amounts, initiate the service when needed, and monitor recovery progress.
