Add KwickMetrics as Authorized Partner Guide

How to add KwickMetrics as an Authorized partner for managing your Amazon Reimbursement


Please follow this steps to add KwickMetrics as your Authorised partner.
1) Navigate to Settings -> User Permissions.
2) Click on Authorized Partners.
3) Select Add Authorized Partner.


4) Copy the invitation link and share it with us at support@kwickmetrics.com.



Notes
The KwickMetrics team will accept the invitation and reach out to you. After that , Please proceed with Step 2.

Step 2: Accept Invitation

1) Navigate to Settings → User Permissions → Open Invitations.
2) Click on Authorized Partners.

3) From the Actions drop-down, select Accept Invite.

Step 3: Provide Permission

1) Please provide the below permissions to the KwickMetrics user,
  1. Orders Section > Manage Orders: Edit
  2. Orders Section > Manage Returns: Edit
  3. Orders Section > Manage Safe T Claims: Edit
  4. Inventory Section > FBA Dashboard: View
  5. Inventory Section > Manage FBA Inventory/Shipments: Edit
  6. Reports Section > Payment reports: Edit
  7. Reports Section > Fulfilments reports: View
  8. Reports Section > Business Reports, Sales Summary: Edit
  9. Settings Section > Messaging Access: View
  10. Settings Section > Manage Your Cases: Edit
2) Click on Save Changes
3) Kindly inform us once the above permissions have been granted so we can proceed with further actions promptly.

Step 4: Additional Requirements

  1. Brand Details (Please provide us with the following Brand details necessary for generating package slips for shipments as part of the reimbursement claims process)
    1. Company Logo (Image size must be less than or equal to 2 MB. Allowedimage file extensions: png, jpg, jpeg. a square-shaped image is recommended.)
    2. Company Name
    3. Company address with ZIP code
    4. Company phone number
    5. Authorized Signatory Full Name
    6. Authorized Signature Image (Image size must be less than or equal to 2MB. Allowed image file extensions: png, jpg, jpeg.  a square-shaped image is recommended.
  2. Seller Flex Return Report
    1. If you are using seller flex, please share the seller flex return report for the last 18 months from the Seller flex portal.
