KwickMetrics Listing Tracker Suggestions Tabs and Filters

Using Listing Tracker Tabs, Filters, and Suggestions Lists

Overview

This article explains how to navigate and use the Listing Tracker suggestions list, including tabs, filters, sorting, and pagination. These tools help sellers efficiently review listing improvement opportunities and focus on the most relevant products.

Explanation

Listing Tracker organizes suggestions into multiple tabs and provides filtering and sorting controls to help sellers analyze listing quality issues at scale. Each tab represents a specific listing content dimension or a consolidated view, while filters and sorting allow users to narrow down results based on product identifiers and score ranges.

The suggestions list is read-only and reflects the latest analysis results for the selected marketplace and enabled products.

Tabs in Listing Tracker

Listing Tracker includes the following tabs:
  1. All
Displays all products that have at least one low-scoring listing content dimension. This tab provides a consolidated view of overall listing quality issues using the Discoverability score.

  2. Title
Shows products with weak title scores only. This helps sellers focus specifically on title-related listing improvements.

  3. Description
Lists products with low description scores, allowing targeted review of description content quality.

  4. Bullet Points
Displays products with weak bullet points scores to highlight issues in structured listing content.

  5. Image
Displays a “Coming soon” state. Listing suggestions are not available in this tab.

  6. Top Search Term
Displays a “Coming soon” state. Suggestions are not available in this tab.

Notes
NOTE: Filters and actions are disabled for tabs that are marked as “Coming soon.”

Using Filters

Filters allow sellers to narrow the suggestions list based on specific criteria.

Available filters include:

  1. ASIN

  2. SKU

  3. Score type (Poor, Below Average, Average)

Filters can be applied individually or in combination. Once applied, the suggestions list refreshes to show only matching products. Active filters are indicated clearly so users can track which conditions are applied.

Sorting and Pagination

  1. Each tab applies a default sort based on its primary score (for example, lowest title score first in the Title tab).

  2. Sellers can change sorting to view products in ascending or descending order based on available score columns.

  3. Pagination controls allow navigation across large product lists.

  4. Page size can be adjusted to view more or fewer products per page.

Suggestions List Behavior

  1. Suggestions are shown only for enabled products and supported marketplaces.

  2. Tab counts reflect the number of products that meet the tab’s criteria for the current analysis period.

  3. Changing tabs, filters, sorting, or pagination triggers a data refresh.

  4. Empty states indicate either no matching suggestions or that suggestions are disabled at the account level.
