Bulk Listing Optimisation allows sellers to optimise multiple products or variants in a single workflow using a predefined template. This approach is designed for scale, consistency, and efficiency when the same listing structure needs to be applied across similar products.
Bulk optimisation reduces manual effort by standardising listing content while still allowing product-level variation through template attributes.
Bulk Listing Optimisation is template-driven and follows a structured, step-by-step process. A template defines the listing structure, while product-specific values are provided during the bulk workflow. Once published, all products in the session can be monitored collectively through Growth Monitor.
The bulk optimisation flow consists of four sequential steps:
Selecting a template
Providing variant details
Previewing optimised listings
Publishing listings to the marketplace
Each bulk optimisation session is saved and can be revisited or tracked from the History tab.
Bulk Listing Optimisation should be used when:
Multiple products or variants share a common listing structure.
Consistent optimisation is required across a catalog.
Manual, one-by-one optimisation would be inefficient.
Sellers want to track the combined performance of multiple listings after publishing.
Navigate to Listing Management → Listing Optimiser.
Select Bulk Optimize.
Step 1: Select Template
Choose a template from the list.
Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Provide Variant Details
Add products by searching ASIN, SKU, or product title, or by importing a file.
Fill in all required variant attributes defined by the template.
Optionally export the variant data for offline editing.
Click Next after validation is complete.
Step 3: Preview
Review the generated listing content for each product.
Confirm that all variants are ready for publishing.
Click Next to continue.
Step 4: Publish
Review the session summary.
Click Publish to send all optimised listings to the marketplace.
A valid template is required to start a bulk optimisation session.
All variant attributes must be filled before proceeding to preview.
Publishing applies the template-generated content to all products in the session.
Bulk sessions and their statuses are tracked in the History tab.
In demo or impersonation mode, bulk optimisation and publishing actions are disabled.
Access to the Listing Management module.
An integrated Amazon sales channel.
At least one available template.
Bulk optimisation feature enabled for the account.
Bulk Listing Optimisation enables sellers to optimise listings at scale using reusable templates and structured workflows. By separating listing structure from product-specific data, sellers gain consistency, control, and efficiency while still retaining the ability to monitor results and revert changes if required.
