KwickMetrics Listing Optimiser for Amazon SEO Growth

Listing Optimiser Overview: Single, Bulk, Templates, and Growth Monitor Explained

Overview

Listing Optimiser is a tool within the Listing Management module that helps sellers improve product visibility by optimising listing content using keywords, product specifications, and competitor details. It supports both single-product and bulk optimisation workflows and provides post-publish performance tracking through Growth Monitor.

The purpose of Listing Optimiser is to help sellers structure their listings correctly for better discoverability and to measure the impact of those changes over time.

Explanation

Listing Optimiser works by analysing selected keywords, product specifications, and competitor inputs, then generating optimised listing content such as titles, descriptions, bullet points, and search terms.

The tool is structured around four core components:

  1. Single Product Optimisation
Optimise one product at a time by selecting a marketplace, ASIN, SKU, keyword banks, and optional competitor ASINs. The system generates optimised content that can be reviewed, edited, previewed, and published.

  2. Bulk Optimisation
Apply a predefined template to multiple products or variants in a single workflow. Bulk optimisation follows a step-based process: selecting a template, providing variant details, previewing results, and publishing.

  3. Templates
Templates define reusable listing structures, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, search terms, and variant placeholders. Templates are used to standardise bulk optimisations and are typically created from a single optimised product.

  4. Growth Monitor
Growth Monitor tracks listing performance after publishing. It compares before-and-after metrics such as sessions, page views, organic orders, and trends over time. Growth data is available for both single and bulk optimisation sessions and includes revert options.

Usage

Listing Optimiser should be used when:

  1. A seller wants to improve the quality and structure of a product listing.

  2. Multiple similar products or variants need consistent optimisation using the same format.

  3. There is a need to measure the impact of listing changes on traffic and organic performance.

  4. A seller wants the ability to revert listings back to their original state if results are not satisfactory.

Important Rules and Behavior

  1. Listing Optimiser is supported only for Amazon marketplaces.
Walmart is not supported and shows a “Coming soon” state.

  2. Listing Management credits are required to create and run single-product optimisations.
When credits are exhausted, optimisation actions are disabled.

  3. Bulk Optimisation and Templates are available only when the bulk optimisation feature is enabled.

  4. In demo or impersonation mode, optimisation, publishing, template management, and revert actions are disabled.

  5. Growth Monitor data is not real-time and may appear after a delay following publication.

Prerequisites

  1. Active KwickMetrics account with access to the Listing Management module.

  2. At least one integrated Amazon sales channel.

  3. Available Listing Management credits.

  4. Keyword banks created in the Keyword Researcher module for single-product optimisation.

Summary

Listing Optimiser enables sellers to optimise listings at scale while maintaining control and visibility over changes. By combining single and bulk optimisation, reusable templates, and performance tracking through Growth Monitor, sellers can improve listing quality, monitor results, and safely iterate or revert based on actual performance data.
