Walmart Reimbursement helps identify money that may be owed due to inventory discrepancies, return-related issues, shipment problems, or referral fee overcharges.

Walmart reimbursement coverage includes the following categories:
Inventory Issues
Lost, damaged, or destroyed inventory handled through Walmart fulfillment.
Customer Return Issues
Return lost, replacement lost, carrier damaged, refunded more, or delayed return discrepancies.
Shipment Errors
Shipment lost or shipment damaged during processing.
Overcharged Referral Fees

Eligibility and timing follow Walmart’s claim window policies.
As a standard user, you cannot directly submit reimbursement claims.
To begin the Walmart reimbursement service:
Open the Reimbursement section.
Select the Walmart marketplace (if multiple marketplaces are connected).
Review the Unclaimed Amount and reimbursement categories.
Use the “Expires in” filter to identify items nearing deadline.
Click “How to claim.”
Contact support as guided to initiate the reimbursement service.
The reimbursement team will then review your Walmart account and begin processing eligible claims.
Once reimbursement service is initiated:
Your Walmart account is reviewed for eligibility.
Settlement reports or required documentation may be requested.
Claims are prepared and submitted according to Walmart policies.
Cases are created and managed by the reimbursement team.
You can monitor progress in Case Tracker.
Recovered amounts are reflected in the Claimed Amount section once processed.
