Keyword Tracker Sync & Alerts Explained

Keyword Tracker Sync, Alerts, and Troubleshooting: Status, Errors, and Common Scenarios

Overview

This article explains how keyword data is synced in Keyword Tracker, how daily alerts work, and how to understand common statuses, errors, and restrictions that may appear during tracking.

Explanation

Keyword Tracker updates ranking data through sync processes that run either immediately or on a scheduled basis. Sync behavior is influenced by tracking status, product state, and available Listing Management credits. The system also provides daily email alerts summarizing keyword ranking changes.

Understanding sync states and alerts helps users identify why data may not be updating or why certain actions are temporarily unavailable.

Sync Behavior

  1. Keyword Tracker syncs ranking data only when tracking is enabled.

  2. Syncs can run immediately or at the next scheduled time.

  3. Immediate syncs require sufficient Listing Management credits.

  4. During a sync, the product may show statuses such as queued, in progress, or updating.

  5. After completion, the latest ranking data is displayed.

Notes
NOTE: Ranking data is refreshed only after a sync successfully completes.
